1. Payment must be given at work completion. JFLinfo only accepts cash, certified checks and bank drafts.

2. JFLinfo has three kinds of warranties. For hardware installation and configuration, the warranty lasts for six (6) months. For reformating, partitionning and reinstallation of Microsoft Windows, the warranty also lasts for six (6) months. When it comes to software installation and configuration, JFLinfo offers a three (3) months warranty period.

3. The computer's problem will be evaluated on-site and a service delai will then be determined. If the work is completable on-site, the work time should be a few hours (depending on the work that has to be done). If JFLinfo has to leave with the computer in question, the delai will be about 48 hours.

4. JFLinfo operates in the greater Montreal area. Please communicate by phone at (450) 542-8286, or by e-mail to know if you are elligible for free delivery. Charges will be added if distance is too high.
